I put 2 of 100 watt resistors in my coop. the nights are in the mid-teens and these really help. I wish I had bought versions of 150 or 200 Watts and I can still. the coop is about 5 ' X 8 ' X 8 ' Hello. several different locations heaters distribute heat better. chickens love them, considering that they hated the red light I used heater overnight.
