K&H Manufacturing Outdoor Kitty House, Good quality item that does as promised. in my opinion

I am trying to help a stray cat survive winters of rural Minnesota who are cold and ruthless. Midwinter (2010-2011) I made a stray cat she was living in a shed used to store canvas miscellaneous gear. I'm not a cat lover ";" but that winter was brutal, and it was obvious that the cat was struggling to survive. I started to give him my back deck and tried to coax cable in the House, but the cat was suspicious of humans. continued to feed the cat through the summer and fall, but feral and refuses to come closer to me that six feet. This winter (2011-2012) has been milder than most, but a mild winter in Minnesota is still deadly. Unable to convince the cat in my house, I bought this heated outdoor units on the possibility that the cat I would use it, even though I had serious doubts he would be confined. to my relief, the cat has started using it after a few weeks to get used to his presence. the cat goes home every night, and not as scary as I did about the cat freezing to death. in fact, other stray cats also use home. This product did everything I hoped it would, and I am grateful to its producers. the House is well done and easy to assemble (zips and Velcro). I keep it under the eve my back deck where it sits on the bricks resting on decking materials-a precaution against fire and a way to keep it dry. I am perfectly comfortable recommending this product to anyone who wants to keep their cat-at least slightly-protected from the cold.
